What happens when you visit the site
This site uses no cookies, uses no analytics tools and does not track visitors.
The infrastructure that serves the site, run by a network service provider, logs connection data (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request) for technical and security reasons. These logs are kept temporarily and Vinte Digital does not use them to identify visitors or for marketing.
Contact form
The form collects the name, email address, company name and the areas to be changed. When filled in, it also collects the phone number, the company website and the description of how the company works today. These details are used only to reply to the request and follow up on the conversation, and not for any other purpose.
To protect the form against abuse, Cloudflare Turnstile is used, which looks at browser signals, such as the IP address, to tell people from bots. The request is delivered by email through Resend. Cloudflare and Resend process data on behalf of Vinte Digital, as processors.
The details are kept only for as long as needed to reply and follow up on the conversation, and deleted when no longer needed.
Contact by email
When writing to hello@vinte.digital, the name, email address and content of the message are used only to reply and follow up on the conversation. They are not shared with third parties or used for other purposes.
The message is kept while the conversation is active and for as long as needed to meet legal obligations. When no longer needed, it is deleted.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, portability and objection to processing.
To exercise any of these rights, or to ask about this policy, write to privacy@vinte.digital. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD, cnpd.pt) or the supervisory authority of your country.
